gorgeous walk helpful staff beach walk phone receptionist slow coffee no baggage assistance
the grounds had GORGEOUS walks. it was also very close to beach walks. the staff was friendly and helpful on reception.
I ordered coffee one day, it arrived an hour later. the receptionists were often on their phones. no one offered help with my bags when i checked out. I felt forgotten.

expansive grounds constant views hot tub
I enjoyed the expansive grounds. The walks around the hotel provided constant views. The Nature Room with a hot tub offered a great experience. The staff were kind.

a blissful escape..
fine views complimentary scones mountain pools
the views were amazing. i could not resist just sitting on the lawn to admire. the complimentary scones with tea and coffee each afternoon felt so cute. i loved the unexpected waterfall and mountain pools on the hotel grounds, nature was pure joy!!!
the breakfast menu stated that only two drinks were included, that was juice and a hot drink. i found this surprising for a hotel of this kind of standard. a coffee refill had an extra charge.

The hotel is close to the beach and provides beautiful gardens. the main building retains lots of character thanks to its age. the location is ideal for a romantic getaway. A gem.

poor breakfast burnt bacon
the grounds were excellent.
the breakfast experience was poor. nobody greeted me or checked my number when i arrived. i had to ask for water more than once, and the bacon was burnt.

amazing stay!
lush gardens nature pool hanging bridge fine details
i loved the lush gardens! they have little hidden spots like a nature pool and a hanging bridge. the padel court looked fun too. my room was beautiful, it had very fine details. the location was fantastic. walking through the gardens, i found something new around every corner.
The restaurant was just okay. It was pretty limited. they do have newer buildings with villa-style rooms, but the soundproofing is not good. i could hear everything from the neighbours, not ideal
